| Pilot registration was started at 17:00. An opening ceremony was held after 41 pilots registration was completed. (No. 35 Mr.Takabata nonparticipation) The greeting of the competition director, officer introduction were done, and a lottery of the order of the 1st round, 2nd round was held at the end of the pilot meeting.
